Staying in Good Academic Standing

In order to remain in good academic standing, undergraduate students admitted to degree status are expected to:

1) Earn a cumulative GPA 2.0 or better AND

2) Complete successfully (grades of A through D or S) at least 2/3 or 66.66% of the cumulative credits for which they have registered.

The goals of the Academic Standing Policy are to:

At the end of each fall, spring and summer term, after the deadline for posting grades, the university will review the academic standing of each student registered for that term.

All students not in good standing will be notified of their status. This applies to all undergraduate students admitted to degree status at the university.
