Undecided??

Undecided?

It is not uncommon for entering college students to be undecided about an academic major or career choice.  Even students who have started a major or degree plan admit to various levels of uncertainty or indecisiveness.  That doesn't mean that undecided students should relax and think "everything will work out."  Having a goal will motivate you to be more successful as a college student.

The college has great resources to help you with your career decisions.  You could take an introductory course in a discipline that interests you or you could take a career planning course. The Career Resource Center has a library of career information, transfer guides for other colleges and free computerized career assessments.  Meeting with a counselor or advisor to discuss your goals and options is a good way to begin work of deciding what you want to do.
