Associate of Arts Degree

The Associate of Arts (AA) Degree is intended for students who wish to transfer and/or satisfy general education requirements. This degree satisfies the lower-division general education requirements for any public college in the state because it includes the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum.

Students planning to transfer out of state or to a private institution often follow this degree in consultation with the transfer guide appropriate to their intended transfer school.
