Student Conduct

Members of the college community are entitled to freedom from harassment, including violence or assault. Harassment of an individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, disability, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, sexual orientation, or membership or activity in a local commission has no place in a learning environment.

Harassment is prohibited by state and federal laws and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) board policies.

Even though some students may never set foot on a college campus, they are still responsible for conducting themselves in a manner that is respectful to others.

The university will take the appropriate action to support and protect the safety and well being of the college community. If you experience harassment, we recommend that you:
