If you find yourself in an extenuating or unusual circumstance such as being hospitalized or seriously ill, knowing the different policies and procedures can help you during a difficult time in your academic program. Appeal for Denied Credits This form is for appealing the decision made for denied credits from the following Institution/Agency/Program only. Appeal forms should be filed as soon as possible after your admission to the university. Appeals must be written clearly and include supporting documents (all relevant information to verify and or support your appeal). Appeal for Transfer Credit Evaluation for Specific Courses This form is for appealing the transfer decision made regarding the courses on your General Education/Liberal Studies/MNTC worksheet only. Appeal forms should be filed as soon as possible after your admission to the university.
